EverStrands Preserve: Private cutting, collection, preparation, documentation, and preservation of natural hair before chemotherapy or other treatments that may cause hair loss.

EverStrands Now: Assessment of suitable preserved hair for potential transformation into a custom wig or topper.

EverStrands Later: Exploration of custom extensions made from preserved hair after treatment, once natural hair and scalp conditions make installation appropriate.

Depending on individual suitability, extension options may include keratin bonds, ice extensions, I-tips, tape-ins, or wefts. Guests who saved their hair months or years ago may also request an assessment; participation in the initial preservation service is not required.

A Texture-Inclusive, Individualized Approach

Lux Strands welcomes guests with straight, wavy, curly, and coily hair. Each consultation considers the length, quantity, condition, and characteristics of the hair, as well as the guest’s desired result.

Not all preserved hair is suitable for every application. Post-treatment extensions may require additional regrowth, and medical clearance may be recommended when appropriate.
